This insulating glass automatic butyl extruder machine is designed to make primary sealing of different thickness spacer bars for insulated glass units.
Automatic butyl extruder is special equipment for coating two sides of aluminum bar and has many advantages such as evenly coating glue, big amount of extruding glue, high production efficiency, adjusting the space between the two glue nozzles manually or using the fluid cylinder, convenient operation and maintenance and high automatic etc.

1.Suitable for double-coated spacer with thermoplastic sealant.
2.PLC control system realizes automatic speed adjustment, roller pressing and nozzle opening and closing, which is simple to operate and low in maintenance cost.
3.Suitable for coating straight, circular, circular and polygo nal spacers (special-shaped), and also for coating spacers with decorative strips. 4.Special down roller device is used for semi-circular spacer bars. 5.The measure device measures that width of the space bar and automatically adjusts the width of the glue nozzle.
6.Processing different spacer strips by adjusting the width of the rubber nozzle.
7.Temperature, pressure and coating speed can be adjusted.
