Full-automatic Film Covering Machine
Characteristics:
1. Dual-sided and single-sided film laminating capabilities are accessible. The parameters can be adjusted. All actions can be manually operated on the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) which displays real-time feedback.
2. Fully intelligent touchscreen HMI is compatible with insulating glass production line.
3. Vertical design optimizes space efficiency and enables effortless and safe vertical-to-vertical glass transfer.
4. Operation interface supports manual/automatic modes and pause functions. It also adapts secondary password protection system in the process of equipment operation and overhaul which means operators cannot adjust parameters without password.
5. Layered protective film design enables flexible film size combinations, reducing material costs.
6. Integrated fault alarm system and piece counting functionality.
7. Rolling blade cutting with automatic pressure control prevents glass surface scratches.
8. Hardware-based emergency stop mechanisms (non-software) at loading/unloading stations.
9. Glass feed direction: Upper-left entry (facing the touchscreen side) and lower-right exit.
10. Three-edge trimming capability with individually adjustable margin widths via HMI; bottom margin pre-configured during film installation.
11. Control cabinet equipped with cooling fans for thermal management.
