01 Uploading section
The backrest wheels of the back panel adopt a high density layout,taking into account the support needs of large and small pieces of glass. The bearing screw is made of high quality raw material and produced by CNC machine tools,which means it's durable.
Coating detection technology can automatically identify the front and back sides of LOW-E glass and coated glass. Once the glass is reversed,the transmission stops.
02 Cleaning section
The upper and bottom of the box are welder with 6mm stainless steel plates. The internal parts are also made of stainless steel ,durable and corrosion-resistant.
The diameter of brush is 180mm. It is made of nylon silk,which is soft and not easy to scratch the glass. The brush bearing equipped with a special structure to prevent bearing damage caused by water.There are 4 water nozzles in the front and another 4 in the back. It makes glasses cleaner. The transfer stick is made of pure rubber,good quality and non-sticky to the impurities.
The inclined air knife structure is integrally formed by aluminum profiles.It is marked by large air volume and uniform air outlet, which can quickly dry the glass.The cleaning section is divided into cleaning system and drying system.It also has a double heating function,which makes the process of cleaning and drying faster.
03 Buffer section
Equipped with a photoelectric switch,it can detect glass. When there is no glass,the conveyor wheel stops and continues to run conversely. It profoundly increases the efficiency of glass conveying.
Dual motor operation mode. The motor is an integrated geared one,which is durable and does not leak oil. The backrest wheels of the back panel use non-marking wheels to convey the glass to reduce marking.
04 Aluminum frame check section
The equipment is formed by the aluminum profile integrally,keeping it straight. It has the functions of glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning.
Aluminum profile backrest is more suitable for testing glass cleaning performance. The motor installation position is moved upwards to free up rear space for later maintenance.
05 External combination section
Aluminum frame positioning can be used for glass processing and louver processing.The external plate surface is driven by independent hydraulic pressure, which makes the operation more stable. Accurate positioning with PLC programming,low speed start setting and concentric axis. Installed with positioning wheels and photoelectric control, it can effectively prevent wrong film.
06 Plate pressing section
The machining center flattens the back plate finely to reduce the error of glass bonding. The central positioning method is adopted in the outside combination stage. Automatic glass positioning function. The linear guide rail makes the hydraulic gear pressing more precise.The machine in the plate pressing section can be opened,easily to overhaul and maintain. The protection board is all sprayed with plastic,beautiful appearance and durable.
Electronic control system:
The machine is equipped with German Siemens PLC control system and the production line is controlled by digital system. High degree of automation and easy operation. Touchable human-machine interface facilitates manual-automatic conversion.The real-time display function is convenience for the production and maintenance.
The electrical box adopts the aviation plug connection method,which improves the safety and anti-interference ability. It is favours the installation and maintenance.
