Vertical Intelligent Glass Sorting Cage

-It can automatically identify the glass size according to the size of the detected glass or directly read the two-dimensional code, and sort the glass according to the size. It can pair and distinguish the double glass, triple glass, quadruple glass, laminated glass, LOW-E glass, frosted glass, coated glass Changhong and other glasses, and sort the glass according to the customer's name or the process card. After sorting the glass, the process card can be printed.
-The detection platform can feed 4-8 pieces of glass into the cage every minute,and the laser scanning code can identify 6-10 pieces of glass into the cage every minute.
-The intelligent sorting cage can solve the problem of matching the picking pieces before the hollow folding, and the assembly line operation does not need to turn the shelves frequently, saving labor and reducing the glass breakage rate.
